The Y offers a variety of senior programs and wellness opportunities for active older adults including physical fitness, social activities and more.

Our Active Older Adult (AOA) programs are designed for men and women in their 50's and older. Each branch offers different programming, promoting fitness and well-being while fostering friendships and camaraderie.

Treat arthritis as you have fun, laugh, and make friends.

Enhance®Fitness is a proven community-based senior fitness and arthritis management program. It is designed to help older adults become more active, energized, and empowered for independent living. The program consists of low-impact exercise classes that are safe and challenging for older adults of all fitness levels.
